- Work as part of a team to deliver innovative creative ideas that resonate with our customers.
- Act as a brand guardian for Explore Learning taking existing guidelines and evolving this to produce new and innovative creative.
- Create new campaigns and scope deliverables.
- Develop ideas as part of a team and build on others' thinking.
- Grow your presentation skills, learn how to present your work and your own thinking clearly.
- Contribute to creative across the entire marketing funnel including digital campaigns, social media, printed marketing materials and more.
- Experience: You bring with you a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Graphic Design, whether gained from a previous role or through formal education.
- Design Software: Your confidence shines through as you proficiently wield design tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Microsoft tools.
- Illustration: If you possess illustration skills, that's a fantastic bonus that adds to your creative arsenal.
- Presentation Skills: You're at ease when it comes to presenting your work to colleagues and stakeholders.

- Salary: £23,000 PA
- Contract: Full time, permanent
- Location: Remote with occasional travel to our office in Guildford (every 2-3 months). All travel expenses covered.
