In 2020, a centralised Sales and Marketing team was created to highly enhance our ability to communicate directly with existing and potential customers through an innovative and unique marketing strategy that is eventually measured by the success of existing and future pubs and hotels. We are now looking for a talented junior graphic designer to join our team.
This is a huge opportunity for a talented junior Graphic Designer to play an active role in the marketing team to help to conceptualise, create and deliver marketing campaigns and promotions for a truly varied collection of pubs and venues across the UK. This is a dream job for a candidate looking to grow and develop their career in both design and marketing. Reporting to the Design manager we are looking for a passionate and creative marketeer who can manage and prioritise their workload and time effectively.

Office based in Central London, with some flexible working across the company in a variety of our sites.
What you’ll be doing as a junior graphic designer:
- Supporting the lead graphic designer in the delivery of all design and production work across the company.
- Maintain our food and drinks menu designs across the portfolio and keep them updated.
- Confidently interpret and interrogate briefs.
- Work alongside our in-house team to develop their ideas into final artwork suitable for both digital and print.
- Create designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics and email campaigns.
- Display exceptional quality control across printed and physical collateral.
Could you be our next Junior graphic designer:
- 1 year of professional design experience ideally or a Design Graduate.
- Work quickly under pressure, take direction and be a good learner.
- Proficiency in using the Adobe Suite - Essential
- Experience using Premiere Pro and After Effects is a benefit.
- Knowledge of print design & print production processes.
- Understanding of art-working for print.
- Your portfolio should showcase creative flair, originality, and a strong visual sense across print and digital.
