The Role
We are on the hunt for an up-and-coming superstar in the design and creative world. Working for a truly iconic brand, you’ll be part of a small but brilliant team responsible for maintaining and developing our visual style. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Creative and bringing your energy and skills to creative marketing campaigns, digital communications, print materials and in-venue branding.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop concepts, graphics and layouts in for both digital and print applications in line with BOXPARK brand guidelines and standards
- Help to manage the creative workflow, prioritising and responding to briefs through our chosen project management software (Trello)
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure all briefs contain all necessary detail and retrieving missing information as required
- Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality
The Person
- Ideally minimum 2 years experience in a creative design role (but will consider graduates with relevant strong portfolio)
- Fully competent in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and preferably After Effects and Premiere Pro
- Knowledgable and confident about preparing artwork for print and digital output - plus managing processes with external suppliers
- Understanding of relevant industry social platforms
- Self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a small but growing team
- Passionate about design and a genuine interest in the creative industry with an ability to inspire and motivate the wider team with knowledge of social, cultural and industry trends
- Hunger to get stuck in and a confidence in working with all functions of the brand
