Job Title: Junior/Graduate Project Manager
Location: Fleet, Hampshire
Working Hours: 37.5 + additional when required
Salary: from £25,000 pa plus overtime

Scope of the role:
This is an office-based role and some of the hours we do are crazy so it’s vital you live within a commutable distance to Fleet in Hampshire. The broad role includes ensuring we turn our client’s thoughts and inspirations into a reality. The ideal candidate will learn to design, and manage the project through to delivery within the agreed timeframe and budget. Key responsibilities include:
· You’ll be responsible for clearly communicating the project brief to the internal production team and supporting them to ensure the project is completed to the correct standard.
· Interacting with clients to fully understand the project brief and their objectives.
· Creating draft ideas with the internal design team.
· Generating draft quotations in line with the client’s budget expectations.
· Communicating clearly the project build to internal production team.
· Coordinating with the production team to ensure materials are ordered on time and work with them throughout the manufacturing process.
· Liaise with event venues regarding access, electrical requirements, Health & Safety, RAMS etc.
· Traveling to venues to support installation team and client sign off.

About you:

The successful candidate will be:
· A passionate individual, with a “can-do” attitude.
· A strong communicator via all mediums, with the ability to engage with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
· We would love you to have basic knowledge of internal construction tools and materials, but no worries if not, it isn’t essential!
· An organized individual that knows how to prioritize tasks.
· Bold enough to ask questions – no question is ever a silly question and we mean that!
· Use your Imagination and bring new ideas to our portfolio
· Have the ability to find solutions to problems in a practical manner.
· Hungry to get stuck in and succeed.
· Good fun and not take yourself too seriously.
· Hold a full driving license.
Key skills:
· High attention to detail is very important
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· The ability to be a team player
· Solid IT skills and an understanding of MS office
· Knowledge of software such as CAD or Illustrator would be an advantage

You could be someone who’s just not found the right role yet or a post grad looking for their first role after university (although degrees aren’t a required for us). You might be someone looking for the next step in their project management career, or even someone seeking a new direction.

What to expect:
We are a very ‘hands-on’ company and at times you will be expected to help out across all departments in order to make the project successful. This will include helping with the build and installation where you’ll typically meet with clients. As a growing business, resource is often directed where it’s needed most, with no two days ever the same, so be ready for a varied career. You’ll more than likely be working on a handful of projects at any one time.
