Due to growth and an increase in projects - They're now looking to hire their very first Business Analyst to join the team at what couldn't be a more busy and more exciting time.
These guys produce software that essentially tackles fraud, using state of the art systems and only the best technology choices. So their solutions and systems serve an amazing purpose and most certainly help organisations who are trying to tackle fraud - saving their clients a lot of time and stress.. and money! Whilst the solution is established they haven't even scratched the surface of where they want to take it and are bringing more customers on board as we speak.. And this is where you come in!
This a cracking opportunity for a Junior Business Analyst to join this thriving SaaS firm. You will work in a broad role with a very varied remit, work very alongside their two Directors and supported heavily from day one.
Firstly, the role is incredibly client-facing and you'll be expected to gather business requirements from their customers alongside proposal writing. This will mean attending various meetings with their portfolio of clients - taking notes and then turning them into process / presentations. You'll also then take requirements back to the software engineering team too and work collaboratively alongside them to create outputs. There might even be a little data/spreadsheet work involved so I'd like you to be comfortable using Microsoft Excel.
As an individual I'm after a Junior Business Analyst of Graduate calibre who is sharp and super confident in their approach and above all, personable and likeable. You'll have very strong stakeholder management skills and must be client facing, someone respectful who can hold their own in front of customers with good commercial sense!

You can work remotely with the odd day travel to their East Mislands based offices per month and in return you will receive between £30-£40k DOE plus wider benefits including substantial bonus.
