What are we looking for: A passionate and motivated customer platforms consultant to join a rapidly growing team, focused on understanding client challenges and driving opportunities to enhance customer experience, insight, operations and data quality using cloud platforms technology. Working in a client-facing capacity in a BA role, capturing requirements, identifying benefits, running workshops and documenting business processes. Required skills and experience: In-depth knowledge of Customer Platforms, (e.g. Salesforce, MS Dynamics, Pega, SAP, Adobe, ServiceNow, Oracle) ecosystem including relevant solution components like Sales, Service, Experience Clouds, industry specific clouds (NPSP, Health, Education, Financial Services) and ISV apps. Experience in conceptualising solutions using platforms and providing solutions to clients Customer facing skills to drive large multi-country complex engagements on CRM platforms. An ability to translate technical solutions and present them in business-language. Experienced in end-to-end implementation of CRM capabilities, including some hands-on experience in configuring and building solutions. Evidence of experience in business analysis, solution mapping/design, configuration implementation, validation and deployment as part of Platform engagement e.g. Salesforce Undertake ownership of necessary documentation such as requirements, process flows, data mapping, configuration worksheets, benefits maps etc. Collaborate with the different product vendors/app groups while designing the interfaces with 3rd party services, backend systems and various monitoring/analytical tools. Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues. Contribution in platform based presales activities. Contribute towards the development and growth of the practice. Comprehend the Business/IT drivers and work with the Partners to arrive at platform rollout strategy, be it migration, transformation or consolidation. Excellent written and oral communication, and an ability to communicate work clearly to customers using tools such as PowerPoint, Jira, Miro, Lucidchart, Visio. Let's grow together. Atos
