We understand hospitality can involve anti-social hours. All contracted staff who earn less than £36,000 full-time annual salary can earn up to an additional £3.00 per hour:
Sunday - Thursday from 7pm - 5am = extra £1.00 per hour
Saturday and Sunday from 5am - 7pm = extra £2.00 per hour
Friday and Saturday evening from 7pm - 5am = extra £3.00 per hour!

About the Role
- To supervise groups of team members within the restaurant and Meetings and Events teams
- To ensure all standards are adhered to by the individual and the team as a whole
- Support communication within the Management Team through handover process and operating procedures such as opening and closing shifts
- Complete and carry out the role of Duty Manager on restaurant shifts and/or functions such as corporate events and weddings.
About You
- 1 years experience of supervisory work within a Food and Beverage outlet is ideal
- Passionate about Food and Beverage services and products
- Possess basic wine knowledge with an interest in beverage service
- Able to work well within a team amidst a fast paced environment.
