TRM-International is delighted to be supporting a leading and global trading company in seeking a motivated and driven individual to join their team in London as a Junior Account Manager. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts and providing exceptional customer service to clients. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of accounts and build strong relationships with clients
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and targets
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Monitor and report on sales performance and key metrics

Requirements:

• Educated to a degree level
• Experience with Market Data, Trading, Banking or other Financial Services
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, delivery-focused environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Previous experience in sales or account management is desirable but not essential

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
