Junior Financial Analyst
Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Conduct financial analysis and research to support decision-making processes
- Monitor and analyze financial data, identifying trends and providing insights to management
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and ensure accuracy
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management
- Support ad-hoc financial projects as assigned
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications
- Knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience or internships in finance or accounting is a plus
