About the Role:

Ferrero is seeking a Junior Finance Business Partner who will specialise in managing the profit and loss for the Premium Chocolate category. This role involves assisting in the planning of innovation and renovation projects, along with evaluating related investments. Furthermore, you will contribute to defining targets for the Premium Chocolate category and play a key role in the detailed planning, budgeting, and SAF (Strategic, Annual, and Financial) processes at the UK&I Region level.

Main Responsibilities:

Planning:
In your role, you will actively participate in the planning process, contributing to defining targets in terms of profit and loss and investments. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in aiding business decision-making for planning, budgeting, and SAF (Strategic, Annual, and Financial) processes. This involves analysing the financial results of the Premium Chocolate category and identifying areas for improvement. Furthermore, you will provide support to planning and control efforts by challenging local assigned functions to meet their budgetary targets.

Controlling and Reporting:
You will perform essential controlling and reporting tasks for Premium Chocolate, which includes analysing data and financial statements. You will be responsible for monitoring the outcomes of planned initiatives to assess results and return on investments (ROI). Moreover, you will support data analysis and the development of reports designed to present results to various areas and key stakeholders.

Additional Activities:
In addition to these core tasks, you will actively support the deployment of central guidelines and methodologies related to Premium Chocolate within the planning and control functions. You will contribute to the analysis and evaluation of investments by participating in simulations and business planning activities for new Premium Chocolate initiatives. Furthermore, you will provide assistance in the implementation of Group-driven initiatives and projects. Lastly, your role will involve furnishing crucial information about transfer prices for use in planning, budgeting, and SAF processes.

Who we are looking for:

In this role, you will be expected to bring 2-3 years of experience in reporting and consolidating to the table, along with a finance degree to support your qualifications. Proficiency in advanced Excel, including hands-on experience with Power BI or Power Query, will be necessary for success. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will be put to good use, as will your ability to consistently meet tight deadlines. Your strong organizational abilities will be essential in managing tasks effectively, while your capacity for data analysis and impactful presentation skills will be highly valued. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to showcase your confidence when presenting to senior stakeholders.
