Description
What we expect from you as a Junior Executive Team Assistant:
- Executive Support: offer support to our Core Leadership team in the form of meeting coordination, appointments, travel arrangements and expense management
- Research Support: conduct research on various topics including internal events and offsite events
- Event Support: assist with the planning and coordination of internal events, including logistics, scheduling and other related tasks
- Holiday cover: Provide temporary coverage for executives during EA's absences, ensuring smooth continuity of administrative support
- Meeting room coordination: ensure efficient and optimal utilisation of available spaces and handle any necessary rearrangements to accommodate changing needs
- Ad hoc personal errands as required
About you:
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Previous experience supporting the organisation of events
- Ability to operate effectively across all areas of responsibility;
- Great interpersonal communication skills with people at all levels of seniority - both written and verbal;
- High degree of confidentiality;
- Professional computer literacy and a skilled understanding of Google Suite, Slack, Mac OS;
- Fantastic organisational skills with an eye for improvement;
- Being highly organised
