Job description
The Financial Management Group have an exciting maternity cover role for an entry level Executive Assistant to provide support to directors and the wider team in our busy London team.
In this role you will be responsible primarily for calendar management across multiple time zones for 2 Directors, managing conflicts and booking rooms/catering. You will be required to manage expenses along with travel coordination (both domestic and international), using Concur. You will also process purchase orders and invoices on Coupa.
We are looking for a real team player who will enjoy collaboration with EAs and executives across multiple Macquarie offices and who will take an active role to support the success of the Financial Management Group.
Exercising good judgment, discretion, and flexibility in your approach, you will be proactively anticipating the needs of the executives that you support. As a problem solver who can multi-task with ease, your understanding of the industry culture will help you to support the team. Microsoft Office Suite experience is required. Experience working in a large matrix organisation is preferred along with strong attention to detail.

About You
To be successful in this role you will a 2-5 years of PA or administrative experience along with excellent MS Office skills. You will have a proactive approach with a strong eye for detail while meeting competing priorities and deadlines.
Your communication skills, along with your ability to prioritise workloads and navigate conflicting requirements is what will enable you to effectively manage and deliver results for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders.
