OVERVIEW:
We are looking for a Junior Education Content Creator to support our Education & Prevention team. Working closely with the Education & Prevention (E&P) team, and assisting the Education Services Manager, the Junior Education Content Creator will primarily be responsible for Education & Prevention content creation.
Sportradar Integrity Services is a non-profit unit within the Sportradar Group and the world's leading supplier of sports integrity solutions for sports governing bodies, anti-doping organisations, clubs, state authorities, law enforcement agencies as well as private organisations to support them in the fight against betting-related match-fixing and other integrity threats.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Plan, design, and create visually attractive and informative educational content for use in in-person workshops, online workshops, online education platforms (e-learning content), and internal/external meetings
- Craft compelling written material such as voiceover scripts for educational videos and online education platforms
- Turn complex concepts into easily-understood written and presented training material
- Support the existing video team with designing and editing video/audio content, including foreign-language subtitles and voiceovers
- Provide quality assurance for education material and services
- Continually develop working knowledge of sports integrity, and education theory and practice
- Provide team support for the planning, creation, delivery, and evaluation of E&P services and products
YOUR PROFILE:
- ‘Super-user’ of Microsoft PowerPoint, and high proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools
- Good understanding of design principles and video editing
- Awareness of education/training theory and practice (including digital learning)
- Interest in sport, with a willingness to learn specifically about sports integrity, sports betting and related services
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Logic, consistency and clarity of communication
- Willingness to learn about – and adopt – project processes and best practices
- Fluent in English (written and spoken), with exceptional spelling, punctuation, and grammar (additional languages an advantage)
- Passion for self-learning and applying new skills
- A team player, with the ability to work with new teams immediately
- Flexible to adapt to changing priorities and able to work to tight deadlines
