JOB TITLE
- Junior Product Manager
MAIN PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF THE JOB
- Project management for the ongoing development and day-to-day operation/support of a OOH content management and reporting system; responsible for planning and adhering to a long-term roadmap of additional product features based on changing client and business requirements

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Product/Project Management
- Creating and maintaining project schedules, including working with the Production Director and Creative Technology Director on a long-term roadmap for development and support of the CMS product
- Briefing the development team and managing their timelines and deliverables (liaising with the Production Director and Creative Technology Director as required); includes sprint planning, oversight and auditing
- Setting up daily scrum meetings; updating plans/schedules accordingly
- Updating internal stakeholders with development progress
- Liaising with external stakeholders on a regular basis (e.g. clients, creative agencies, media owners) for CMS requirements gathering, onboarding and issue resolution
- Writing and updating CMS documentation (e.g. functional requirements, scope/statement of works)
- Managing the CMS testing process; ensuring testing procedures are followed and align with schedules
- Managing any third party suppliers engaged to support CMS development
- Ensuring any relevant industry standards are met
Business Development
- Supporting the Business Director and Chief Commercial Officer to identify new business opportunities and clients for the CMS (e.g. new markets, stakeholders, etc.)
Systems & Processes Development
- Proactively identifying systems and process pain points and suggesting improvements to the Production Director and Creative Technology Director
- Working with development teams to translate improvements into new CMS features and adding these to the long-term roadmap
PERSON SPECIFICATION CRITERIA SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders, including regular comms (email, meetings and presenting to large groups)
- Proven problem solving skills; finding proactive solutions to problems
- Ability to work to tight and changing deadlines and under specific delivery pressures
EXPERIENCE
- Essential:
- Client-facing project management roles including development of long-term CMS/CRM or similar online platform builds
- Ideal:
- Working in a digital/creative/agency setting - especially the digital out of home (OOH) industry
- Agile development practices (certification a plus)
KNOWLEDGE
- Essential:
- Spreadsheet management (Excel/Google Sheets)
- Ideal:
- Wider Google Suite, GitHub

- Willing to work unsocial hours on occasion
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
