RED CREATIVE IS A BRAND BUILDING CREATIVE AGENCY DEVELOPED BY SERIAL BRAND CREATOR GEORGE DAVIES providing strategy, design and visual content both in the UK and globally. We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Junior Graphic Designer to join the team and be part of our high-impact creative solutions. A great communicator both visually and verbally, highly organised and skilled in digital and print design.

THE ROLE:

· This role covers a diverse range of marketing collateral – from advertising campaigns and social media content, right through to retail activations. You will be involved in the creation of digital graphics for in-store screens, websites and social media channels along with web creatives, emails and paid ads.

· Creating engaging digital content from TikToks and Reels to paid ads for a variety of fashion and lifestyle brands.

· The position will suit a designer who has a keen eye for the latest digital trends, eager to push boundaries and develop their own skill set.

· You will be involved in many aspects of the design process including researching and artworking.

· With support from the Lead Designer, you will have the opportunity to work on projects from start to finish.

· Working collaboratively and independently with the wider team across multiple projects and ensure deadlines are always met; with the assistance of your senior colleagues.

· Maintaining a high standard of design work with a key eye for detail, even when under pressure to meet critical deadlines.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Degree in graphic design or equivalent Visual arts BS/BA – both for print and digital.
• Min. 1 year of commercial design experience after degree using graphics software applications in a similar studio environment.
• Expert knowledge in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically - After effects / Indesign / Illustrator / Photoshop / Premier
• Good working knowledge of website platforms Wix / Readymag / Shopify.

• Experience working with fashion and jewellery retail brands is advantageous.
• Experience of digital design is essential.
• Strong awareness of latest design trends and how to apply them within a commercial environment.
• Excellent communication skills – verbally, written and visual.
• Must be able to continuously prioritise workload and be adaptable
• Strong skills in layout, colour themes and typography are essential.

ADDITIONAL INFO.

• Driving licence and own transport essential. Please do not apply if you do not have access to your own transport as the location is not accessible via public transport.
• Permanent role, full time – 37.5 hrs per week 9:00-17:30 Monday to Friday with the flexibility to meet seasonal and business deadlines out of hours when necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £18,000.00-£21,000.00 per year
