You will be full of ideas and able to develop creative solutions to key client challenges. You will work on driving a real impact for our clients, planning and executing bold and creative visual content and materials.
This role will give you the opportunity to design and produce all creative outputs for our clients, working closely with the team to ensure we are meeting our targets and making a real impact and difference for the brands we work with.
You’ll be responsible for designing high quality creative for a variety of digital channels, understanding brand guidelines to create the look and feel, interpret creative briefs into conceptual ideas and presenting ideas and insights back to clients on a regular basis.
What you’ll be doing
- Design and produce high quality image and video for a variety of digital channels, including social media, PR, web, branding, advertising and email marketing
- Understanding brand guidelines to conceptualise and create the look and feel for each design
- Design, layout and produce a wide range of creative, such as short and long form videos, wireframes, branding and logos, social media visuals, photos, brochures, email designs, infographics and indexes
- Performing ongoing creative research to support our creative development and offering
- Liaising with the team to ensure targets are met and the highest quality is provided to our clients
- Delivering exceptional client service, developing extensive knowledge of your clients’ businesses, competitors and sectors to build campaigns that perform
- Be the first point of contact for creative and design queries with clients and the team
- Working with the team and across the agency to support design needs
What you’ll have
- A minimum of 1 year’s experience in-house or agency in graphic design with an exciting portfolio, producing a variety of creative formats
- Fully proficient in the Adobe Creative suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience with video editing using FCPX, After Effects or Premiere Pro
- Ability to think creatively and pitch ideas to the team and clients confidently
- Ability to design confidently, with rationale and reason, both to brief and to your own concepts
- Experience in managing multiple design projects, and able to do this under time pressures
- Knowledge of how to create visual content that is compelling, engaging and adding value to audiences
- Knowledge of web design principles is beneficial
- Excellent self management skills, including time management and organisation
- A degree in Art/Graphic Design, Visual Communications or similar would be beneficial
