Oxford Brookes University is looking to recruit a reliable and highly motivated UK Junior Designer. As a member of the Marketing, Recruitment and Engagement directorate, you will work as part of a dynamic team who apply their professional skills and expertise to develop and implement design for the university’s print and digital presence in line with the visual identity and digital design framework. As a Junior Designer you will have the chance to develop your skills and will be passionate about all aspects of marketing, creating exceptional, eye-catching content suitable for a wide range of audiences including prospective and current students.

Overall Purpose of the post of Junior Designer:
The successful candidate will support the wider studio team in designing internal and external facing brand assets, ensuring a consistent, high quality brand representation and a relevant brand message across all assets.
Qualifications and Experience for the post Junior Designer:
The role is ideal for someone currently working in a graphic design role, or someone who has recently graduated from a design-related degree, with exceptional graphics skills wanting to further their career within a busy design environment.

This role will not attract sufficient points to obtain a sponsored Skilled Worker visa under the points based immigration system, however applications are welcome from candidates who don’t currently have the right to work in the UK, but who would be eligible to obtain a visa via another route.
