Junior Designer
Junior Designer

Our London office is growing at a rapid pace and we are looking for a Junior Designer (recent Part II Graduate) to join us and work on a number of high-profile projects we are currently engaged in across the UK and the Middle East.

You will be joining a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, and highly creative office environment, with excellent career progression and development opportunities. You will gain exposure to a wide range of projects, across different typologies and regions, and across different projects stages.

As a Junior Designer you will be based in our London office together with 120+ fantastic BIGsters. You will need to have 0-2 years post-grad professional experience within conceptual design and the technical side of production of drawing sets.

Join us on our mission if you are a Junior Designer who has:
  • Well-rounded project experience (Concept Design and Detail Design) is preferred
  • Strong conceptual and design skills
  • Excellent visualization, diagrammatic, and graphical skills
  • Good aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Ability to express design ideas quickly, clearly and succinctly
  • Ability to develop design options in collaboration with and for consideration of design team
  • Ability to prepare, develop and edit drawings and models as they relate to the project
  • Good aesthetic sensibility, with an eye for detail and accuracy
  • Strong abilities with Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Suite
  • Familiarity with Revit, V-Ray and Enscape is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, able to work under pressure, meet deadlines and manage one’s own time
  • A proactive nature, is self-motivated, and able to take on constructive guidance in response to direction from Project Leadership
  • The ability to work well in a dynamic team, with a flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working and collaborating
Required skills and experience:
  • Completion of accredited Master's degree in Architecture or an equivalent overseas qualification in related field of study
  • 0-2 years post-graduation professional experience
  • Excellent communication skills, fluent in English- spoken and written
