Junior Designer Remote

We have an exciting new opportunity for an enthusiastic and talented Junior Designer to join our busy and expanding in-house team.
Founded in 2010, we are one of the key industry leaders in the beauty and aesthetics industry, providing some of the most advanced, non-surgical, face, body and laser devices on the market. Our award-winning treatments use the latest technologies for body contouring and inch loss, advanced facials, laser hair removal, skin tightening, tattoo removal and much more.
The successful candidate will sit within the marketing team and report to the Head of Design. They will be responsible for creating visually engaging, on-brand designs for a variety of printed and digital marketing materials.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking briefs from the Head of Design.
- Working on projects from concept to completion.
- Assisting in the creation of engaging and creative marketing materials.
- Producing digital artwork for monthly email campaigns.
- Creating graphics for social media channels and website.
- Generating print-ready artwork for promotions and adverts.
- Creating editable templates for internal documents.
- Working closely with the Head of Design on larger projects.
- Delivering designs in line with the 3D Aesthetics brand guidelines – ensuring consistent branding across the business.
- General admin where necessary.
Key qualities we are looking for:
- Hold a design degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a graphic design role.
- Competent in the Adobe Creative suite (InDesign and Photoshop are essential).
- A strong portfolio of professional work – highlighting your skill and creativity.
- A love of design with a passion for what you do.
- Energy and enthusiasm to always produce your best work with the highest attention to detail.
- The ability to work to templates and adhere to brand guidelines.
- Proven track record of delivering multiple projects and tasks on time.
- Proactive with an eagerness to learn.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), spelling and grammar.
- Outstanding organisational skills.
- Highly self-motivated – able to excel in a home working environment.
- A positive attitude – always willing to go the extra mile.
- A team player – able to work to tight deadlines and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Experience of working in the beauty and aesthetics industry is ideal but not essential.
