We’re looking for an outstanding Junior Designer to join Sky Creative Agency’s Advertising team

Reporting into the Design Director for Advertising, this is junior role working across a range of Sky business verticals on TTL campaigns!

What you'll do:

Develop (new and unique) design that pushes our brand forward.
Provide effective design solutions in integrated comms across print and digital
Ensure high standards of design are maintained at all times
Have a flair for design and craft
Have a positive attitude, a love of problem solving and a desire to find solutions.
Have a knowledge of photography/photographers.
Attend production, shoots, and post-production.
Motion skills are a plus but not essential
Work independently and collaboratively with the team across multiple projects.
Working alongside Planning and Account Management to build presentations and thoughts to sell the work.
Support the rest of the Advertising Design team.
Perform highly against a clear set of agreed business and personal objectives.

What you'll bring:

Evidence of your potential to help create captivating advertising and TTL campaigns where the idea is key
The ability to think across different media – Print, Motion, Digital and Social Media.
Proven design credentials
Some years of experience help but if you’re up and coming and looking for your first big step, we want to hear from you.
Excellent design – both conceptual and executional
Strong knowledge of print and digital
Ability to think and work TTL
A comprehensive understanding of Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & InDesign).
Ability to take and work with criticism in a positive pragmatic way
Problem solving with high levels of personal motivation
Ability to collaborate and work in a team/natural Team player

Team Overview

As part of Sky’s Consumer Group, Sky Creative Agency provides Advertising, Brand Design and Broadcast Creative for multiple stakeholders across the business. We have recently integrated Sky Works, Sky’s in-house Trading agency to create a fully integrated 360 through-the-line operation.

Our work is varied, from Broadcast Design teams embedded in Sky Sports to specialist digital performance marketing teams, brand Advertising and Masterbrand ownership. We are leading the way in an industry wide trend for in-housing and day in day out we are relentless in raising the standards of our work.
