About The Role
The main purpose of the role is to work collaboratively on end-to-end machine learning and data analytics projects for a wide variety of business use cases, driving data-driven decision making from actionable insight.Principal Accountabilities:
- Monitoring and maintaining deployed machine learning models and ensuring the on-going accuracy of results
- Presenting results and analysis from ML models and data analytics back to business managers, in a concise and effective way, enabling data driven decision making
- Collaboratively maintaining a business intelligence platform and all reports within, ensuring the correct definition of company metrics and the integrity of all connected data
- Performing ad-hoc project analysis and decision support across a wide variety of business projects spanning Marketing, IT, Operations and Finance
- Contributing to the machine learning roadmap to deliver projects that advance the company’s capability
- Maintaining and optimising the structure of data to assist all members of the Data Science Team in their work
- Working alongside other members of the Data Science team sharing and adopting ideas and best practice
- Proactively and continuously improving processes, systems and documentation.
Hours of Work:
Working general office hours, Monday to Friday with flexible working and partial remote working options available.
About You
Skills & Knowledge Required:
- Experience in detailed exploratory data analysis in Python, R or SQL. This should also include data cleaning and preparation.
- Excellent organisational, problem-solving, project management and communication skills.
- The ability to work to deadlines and be flexible to deal with changing business demands.
