Job description
Counting What Counts (CWC) is a small consultancy business contracted by Arts Council England to deliver the Impact & Insight Toolkit (IIT), which provides evaluation tools and services to the Arts Council’s funded portfolio in the REPLACEMENT_STRING26 funding period.
The Impact & Insight Toolkit aims to encourage a stronger focus on data guided decision making and the value that it can bring to the cultural sector. The data collected by the IIT will be shared, discussed and interpreted by the creative professionals which produce cultural and artistic work, allowing a richer dialogue between artists, peers and the public to emerge around the quality and value of cultural experiences.
To deliver the contract, CWC licenses Culture Counts, a survey and evaluation platform that is transforming the way in which arts and cultural organisations work with their audiences, and each other, to capture the value of their work. CWC is supporting Arts Council’s funded portfolio in using the Culture Counts platform as well as providing additional data analysis tools and services on top.
