By joining Chest Heart and Stroke Scotland (CHSS) as a Junior Data Insight Analyst, you can be the difference between people just surviving and really living.
You will be part of Scotland’s leading charity providing support to people with chest, heart and stroke conditions to live life to the full again. Our Hospital to Home services form a nationwide network of local support groups, nurses, volunteers and one-to-one support teams helping families adjust to life with a heart or lung condition or after a stroke.
The Junior Data Insight Analyst will work with the rest of the data team to deliver database metrics and reports that empower the organisation to achieve its strategic aims. This role will focus on establishing a joined-up approach in using our metrics to demonstrate our impact both internally for improvements and externally to provide better quality of service provision to those with our conditions across Scotland.
You will be expected to apply your broad expertise to deliver database metrics that will have a transformational impact on our activities. Using a variety of data techniques, you will be a source of intelligence in understanding the organisational needs of CHSS as a charity. You will provide general support across the charity which will help us stand out against other charities in the sector.
CHSS also supports flexible recruitment through Working Families and we are “Happy to Talk Flexible Working”.
In line with our commitment to safeguarding, this role is subject to a Basic Disclosure check. CHSS is committed to equality of opportunity and to providing a service which is free from unfair and unlawful discrimination.
