About The Role
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Technology, Operations, Finance and Project teams to develop and maintain data pipelines, ensuring smooth and efficient data flow from multiple sources to various systems.
- Design, develop, and implement data integration solutions using Microsoft products such as MySQL, Power BI, and the MS Azure platform.
- Assist in building and maintaining data warehouses, data marts, and other data storage systems.
- Perform data profiling, cleansing, and transformation to ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and resolve problems.
- Participate in the design and development of data models and schemas to support data analytics and reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and assist in generating actionable insights.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including data flow diagrams, data dictionaries, and standard operating procedures.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering, healthcare, and Microsoft products to contribute to ongoing improvement efforts.
- Adhere to data governance and security policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of data engineering concepts and principles.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products, including MySQL, Power BI, and the MS Azure platform.
- Experience with data integration, ETL processes, and data pipeline development.
- Proficiency in SQL and database query optimization.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and dimensional data modeling.
- Understanding of GDPR and related regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
