We're on the lookout for a talented Executive Analyst to join our Strategy & Insights team here at tombola! If you're an analytical whiz with a passion for customer experience, keep reading.
As an Executive Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth and performance improvements for the company. You'll support and develop streamlined processes and ways of working that maximize our analytical resource to provide insight on our customers and products. We need someone who can investigate and provide insight for business stakeholders, all while communicating the analysis and impact in a clear and concise way.
Some of the core responsibilities you’ll take on are:
- Conduct strategic, deep dive analysis to drive recommendations on how we can better deliver against the tombola growth strategy
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Work with Data Engineering to develop our data platform and provide clear priorities to the data team
In terms of knowledge and experience, we’re looking for someone with:
- Experience with SQL (Redshift / Oracle / MSSQL), data visualisation software (e.g. Looker/ Tableau / Qlikview /SSRS), and software packages used for statistical analysis (e.g. R /SPSS) (don’t worry, we’ll teach you all the cool stuff too)
- Experience with complex data (you love a good puzzle)
Most importantly, you should be a positive and passionate team player who's comfortable with change, ambiguity, and is a great communicator.
