Location: Portsmouth based with a mix of hybrid working.
Where do you fit in?
Reporting to the Reporting & Insights Manager you'll join a high performing BI and Data & Analytics team in a business that puts data at the front and centre. You’ll work closely with various departments to gather requirements and to deliver insights to support varied business initiatives that deliver towards our growth agenda. This includes taking responsibility for analysing campaign performance and trends as well as providing insightful analysis. You'll build reports including commentary to understand what happened, what worked and what needs to be improved. You’ll support a team of Data Analysts/ Architects/ Scientists ensuring a professional and solutions driven team approach that contributes to the wider BI strategy of delivering clarity consistency, quality and control. Our reporting teams use an agile approach. You'll focus on priorities on two week sprint basis and support the team in delivering quality outcomes.

What do you need to succeed?
- Degree qualified in a relevant field subject with a focus on analytics.
- SQL experience gained either through education or at workplace.
- Advanced Excel skills and some experience in PowerBI.
- Some level of practical experience within a similar data analytics opportunity – this could be as a part of an internships or post university experience.
- Python would be desirable but not essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills. You'll work closely with varied business stakeholders to support their reporting needs.
