We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for turning data into actionable insights, be a pro-active problem solver, and possess excellent communication and consulting skills. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a growing and dynamic company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver analysis and insights using data to support the leadership team.
• Support the leadership team with data requests.
• Use Salesforce and other tools to gather data.
• Use SQL and Power BI to generate insights and recommendations to Create queries and scripts to support business requirements.
• Use data to suggest improvements to implementation processes.
• Perform ad-hoc and regular data-related activities/processes as required.
• Work with various technical and non-technical users to identify and resolve client challenges.
• Develop new capabilities and solutions in the data world.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical skills with experience working in the data analytics field.
• Proficient in MS Excel and willing to learn new technologies as required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Pro-active attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
• Team player able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to use data to generate insights and recommendations.
• Understanding of and willingness to learn SQL and Power BI.
• Experience or understanding of Salesforce is an advantage.
• Consulting skills, including knowledge and experience with a variety of techniques and methodologies to understand, elicit and resolve client challenges.
• Ability to work independently and show initiative.
• Strong time management skills.
