Founded in 2015, FARFETCH Platform Solutions (FPS) is the B2B technology platform that builds e-commerce solutions and retail technology for luxury brands and retailers. Ranging from Product, to Commercial, to Client Services to Marketing, we’re the B2B side of FARFETCH building white label websites, apps and retail technology for our clients which include Harrods, Chanel, Neiman Marcus Group and many more. **THE ROLE: **

In this role you will be responsible for planning and executing CRM strategies for some of the leading brands in the fashion industry. You will liaise with the brands closely on a day-to-day basis and drive their CRM strategy to enable revenue growth and brand loyalty. You will work closely together with other members of the CRM team and the clients, but you will also form a close relationship with our Product, BI, and Development teams who are based in our office in Portugal. You will be given the opportunity to further develop your technical, as well as client facing and strategy skills. Reporting into the CRM Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring we deliver the best possible CRM solutions and service to the FPS clients.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Working closely with the CRM Manager to create and deliver CRM Strategy for leading fashion brands,
  • Build a strong working relationship with the brands and support them achieve their growth targets.
  • Day to day management and execution of CRM campaigns, liaising with the brand and CRM Production Specialists to deliver campaigns on time and as per specification.
  • Build email campaigns and programs within our 3rd party ESP (Responsys)
  • Prepare and present weekly performance reports.
  • Launch new automated personalised CRM campaigns, working with BI, Data Science and Product on data requirements
  • Work with the CRM Manager on planning and preparing recommendations for the brands to improve CRM performance.
  • Support the brand to develop and refine relevant customer segments for targeted campaigns.
  • Have a test and learn approach to new digital marketing initiatives.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous experience in an analytical CRM role
  • Experience working with ESPs (preferably Responsys)
  • Experience of working in a client facing role (Preferable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding execution skills with strong attention to detail
  • Outstanding work planning and time management skills: ability to prioritise
  • Ability to work as part of a team whilst also operating pro-actively and independently
  • Ability to appropriately combine attention to detail with longer term big picture/strategic thinking
  • Ability to translate complex technological concepts to team members and clients
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with Google analytics
  • Experience using basic HTML
