From our sub-brands such as the high-end Dorma, to our Leicester-based Made to Measure factory where we craft our bespoke curtains and blinds.
We’re looking for a brilliant junior copywriter to bring these products and stories to life across our channels with relevant, imaginative, customer-first copy and content. So if you love home decor, have a passion for words and are looking for your next copywriting role within a creative team of writers, editors and content creators at a buzzy brand, then we’d love to hear from you.
You’ll be responsible for…
- Ideating and creating copy and editorial content in line with campaigns, seasonal activity and business priorities
- Writing on-brand, best-in-class copy for eCRM, web, organic and paid social, POS and packaging
- Liaising with teams to understand their channels, briefs and desired outcomes
- Putting the customer at the heart of everything we do
- Supporting the Content & Social team with creative ideation and brainstorming sessions
- Being an advocate for and guardian of the Dunelm tone of voice
- Working closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver outstanding and engaging copy across all Dunelm platforms
Skills you’ll need
- A brilliant communicator, with immaculate written English and grammar
- Bursting with ideas
- Meticulous attention to detail – your work will be seen by a wide audience
- Experience working in digital editorial and/or in retail
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and a positive outlook
- Shows initiative
- Interest in lifestyle, home and interiors sectors
- Excellent time management skills

Hybrid working between home and the offices in London and Leicester
