Plenitude is a niche consultancy, specialising in Financial Crime Risk and Compliance. Our aim is to help our clients meet their regulatory obligations and reduce their financial crime risk exposure by providing deep subject matter expertise, advisory, transformation services and RegTech subscription products.
To support our growth plans, we are looking for exceptional, talented Junior Consultants to join our firm. You will posses a strong academic background; degrees that lend themselves well to Financial Crime include, but are not limited to, Law, History, Mathematics, Data, Politics, International Relations, General Business, Economics or PPE – anything with an analytical analysis or research element. Additionally you will have some knowledge or interest in Financial Crime Compliance (Anti-Money Laundering/Counter Terrorist Financing, Economic Sanctions, Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Fraud and Prevention of Tax Evasion) or Crypto and practical working experience, you might just be the candidate were looking for.
A Junior Consultant supports the production of agreed deliverables and the delivery of the client engagements. Provides subject matter expertise across one or more FCC areas.
The Junior Consultant duties would include however but not limited to the following:
- Working with clients to understand projects and areas of development
- Acting as an integral member of the project team
- Working with senior stakeholders both internally and externally
- Working as part of a team on any internal projects or initiatives that will position the company and drive the business for success
- Contributes to the development and growth of the company
We offer the opportunity to work solely on FCC engagements with leading financial institutions across banking, insurance, investment management and cryptoasset firms.
You will have the opportunity to work and learn from the industry’s best, while building your Financial Crime Compliance expertise and knowledge.
We will be taking applications through March and April 2023, undertaking informal teams Q&A calls early part of May and plan to invite successful applicants to a one day assessment centre in Canary Wharf late May for anticipated starts September time, although we will consider applicants who can start earlier.
