Role:
In this pivotal role, you will play a critical role in assisting and nurturing a diverse range of clients operating within the hospitality and leisure industry. This encompasses nightclubs, bars, pubs, restaurants, events, cafes, hotels, bowling alleys, activity-based enterprises, and festivals. Collaborating intimately with the Head of Client Services and the Account Management team, you will orchestrate the seamless onboarding of clients, ensuring an unparalleled experience aligned with our commitment to excellence.

Experience in similar roles such as account management, business development or customer/client onboarding is preferable.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing bespoke systems for clients (all training will be given, and no prior experience is required)
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions, according to customer needs and objectives
- Clearly communicating progress with customers
- Listening to customer’s needs, tailoring the system specifically to them
- Assisting with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
- Clearly communicate with the build team to progress the new system build in a timely manner
- Reaching monthly targets
- Travelling to meet clients face to face
Knowledge & Skills:
- Proven customer service experience
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer requirements
- Proven ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, communication and presentation abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Start-up mentality as the role evolves

- This is a remote-based position that requires 1 week’s training at their London office and must attend biweekly meetings thereafter. You can attend the office as much as you like.
