Client Finance Assistant
Davies Group is a specialist professional services and technology firm working in partnership with leading insurance, highly regulated and global businesses. Our team of more than 5,500 professionals operate across the UK and Ireland, US, Bermuda and Canada.
Key Accountabilities and Performance Standards
Trust accounts
Fiduciary payments: review & input
Treasury: distribution of bank statements
Bank account management: opening of new accounts
Queries: Liaising with the bank where required
Ad-hoc requests to support the finance team
Client Management Accounts
Support the team in the production of client management accounts
Accounts payable for clients
Distribution of bank statements
Experience required:
Experience with Barclays/Natwest or other large bank
Experience with fiduciary accounts
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel
Use of Pivot tables
Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to work well as part of a team.
