Junior Casting Assistant
Full Time Employment
Rachel’s People Casting Ltd is a vibrant, fast paced, and friendly agency with over 20 years’ experience in the industry.
We are a casting agency that deals with the Film & Television industry, working with the BBC, ITV, Disney, Marvel, Netflix, Apple, Amazon, Sky, and independent film companies.
The Role.
· We are looking for a fun, ambitious and hardworking team player.
· Ability to multi-task, organise your time and prioritise between different responsibilities.
· The role involves speaking to clients and artistes daily.
· There is a fair amount of data entry and administration tasks, and this would be best suited to someone who is competent in this area.
· Build relationships with industry professionals and maintain regular contact.
The Candidate.
· To have a pleasant confident, and friendly telephone manner and be able to manage a high volume of telephone calls.
· To be able to communicate messages clearly.
· Be willing to learn and master the use of a bespoke database.
· Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office (Word/Excel)
· Have a good understanding of social media on all platforms.
· To be adaptable to work under pressure and using your own initiative as well as taking on board instruction.
· A strong work ethic who is capable to work independently and with the team.
