Job Description
As a Junior Campaign Coordinator at Frever, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and engaging environment for Community Builders on Discord. You will manage their daily workflow and provide high-level support at all times. You’ll put your creativity and social skills to use by engaging with our large network of Community Builders and maintaining a safe and fun working environment for them.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage a Network of Community Builders on a daily basis
- Proactively present creative ideas, and organize events on our Discord Server (such as weekly group calls, live sessions etc.)
- Moderate daily content and in-app activity of every Community Builder
- Manage the engagement, reply to comments, and support the community by answering any questions they might have
- Provide voiding feedback and suggestions to your management.
- Review the performance of every Community Builder on a weekly basis, evaluate weekly stats and suggest improvements
- Keep track of all data on Google Sheets
- Attend weekly Team Meetings
- Create content for Frever App everyday, complete in-app activities, and influence Frever App users by creating engaging content yourself
- Use ClickUp on a daily basis, complete all assigned tasks on time
- Work from the office Monday-Friday 10:00 - 18:00 (Central London)
Who you are
- Fluent English speaker
- Eligible to work in the UK as self-employed
- Passionate about content creation, video gaming and the gaming community itself
- Experienced in moderating and engaging with the online community
- Confident, outgoing and like taking own initiatives
- Creative and confident in coming up with ideas on how to engage with the community
- Available to travel to Stockholm
Bonus points
It’s a big plus if you have any of the following skills & qualifications, however not a deal-breaker:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Media, Digital Media, Digital Marketing & Communications, Business
- 1-year experience working within Social Media, as a Social Media Manager, Influencer Marketing Manager etc
- 2-year experience in managing and moderating large online communities
- Great experience in Canva
