Your role
We are looking for a Junior Business Manager to work and support the UK and Jersey Head and the wider Business Management team. Your responsibilities will be wide, ranging from high level, long-term strategic planning to tactical troubleshooting.
You will:
You will:
- collaborate with multiple business divisions and group functions to support the location strategy
- drive high profile business change activities from conception to implementation to improve the client and CA experience
- help manage, maintain and develop the Junior Talent pathway
- support the implementation of strategic initiatives across the UK and Jersey businesses
- support the UK and Jersey Head in various activities to drive overall strategy and identify business opportunities: internal and external communications, community affairs and corporate governance
- act as liaison between the business segments and control functions.

Your expertise
You have:
You are:
- a university degree (bachelor / master) in Business Administration, Finance or similar &/or an apprenticeship
- experience in wealth management operations or administration
- strong communication skills both orally and in writing
- the ability to work closely with experienced professionals
- a strong analytical mindset and the ability to deal with complex situations
- a structured approach to problem solving
- the ability to use IT applications efficiently
You are:
- proactive with strong attention to detail
- able to deal with multiple tasks providing excellent follow-up
- an excellent communicator, with persuasive presentation skills
- well organized, with an innate sense of how to prioritize
- result-orientated with a strong focus on getting things done
- capable of working under pressure and coping with difficult and changing scenarios
- a fast learner, comfortable with adapting to unfamiliar situations quickly. You like to work autonomously and are happy to work with limited direction at times
