The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the effectiveness of our clients internal processes, and putting in place quality solutions that lead to greater efficiencies and add overall value to the company. This will range from applying changes/improvements to existing processes or introducing new processes to the business.

- Identifying opportunities to improve business processes.
- Maintaining business process maps and user acceptance test plans.
- Delivering business change projects and solutions.
- Specifying business requirements and testing solutions.
- Embracing a culture of continuous improvement.
- Promoting the best use of IT within the business.
- Manage and deliver business improvement projects covering new systems and processes, and changes to existing systems and processes.
- Produce specifications and raise change/improvement requests to support change.
- Develop and maintain operational process maps and detailed work instructions.
- Prepare and orchestrate workshops to explore ways to improve business processes.
- Prepare User Acceptance Test strategies and plans.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing working closely with SMEs and key users.
- Investigate operational problems and processes, evaluate options and propose solutions.
- Develop business cases to support proposals for new solutions.
- Measure the effectiveness of changes implemented, and support a culture of continuous improvement within the company.
- Be able to work closely and communicate with internal stakeholders and a variety of business teams, as well as external parties.
- Have the ability to make key decisions around project requirements, delivery and accounting for variables that will effect cost/project plans.
- Degree educated (preferable)
- Prince2 qualified (desirable but not essential)
- Qualification in appropriate LEAN methodologies such as Six Sigma (desirable not essential)
- An analytical and process/data driven mindset.
- A logical and proactive approach to problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills.
