Junior Business Development Associate
25k basic salary plus commission year 1. 35k basic salary plus commission year 2

For the first year you will be trained on all aspects of business development to really help you forge a career in the exciting space of tech Business Development. You will then transition after successful completion of the program to account management as well. We are looking for graduates or people looking to shift career to be fast-tracked as we look to grow rapidly.

We are rapidly expanding our presence in the UK and need a strong new team player to support the growth. This position entails actively interacting with prospective clients to generate leads and long-term relationships.
As a Junior Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for identifying and exploring business opportunities with potential clients through sales calls and outbound emails. Your primary objective is to use a variety of lead generation methods to generate appointments for SAQAYA’s Sales team.

What you will do:
Main Duties:
- Identify potential clients
- Organize target list to contact
- Using a variety of means to prospect new sales opportunities through proactive LinkedIn messages, emails, calls, and inbound lead follow-up to grow the SAQAYA pipeline
- Liaise with internal teams to agree message for sales and delivery
- Consistently meet or exceed your targets each quarter
- Develop relationships with C-Level executives
- Develop understanding of the full sales process
- Monitor relevant sector trends and news flow
- Consciously develop your skillset to further your career in business development
- Share your opinions and insights with sales leadership
You will have the opportunity to develop your business development and consultative skills by working with an experienced leadership team, exceed daily and weekly targets, and earn uncapped commission on top of your base salary.
Requirements:
We are looking for a motivated, ambitious, and driven individual with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed. You must be able to work towards targets, KPIs, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. No previous experience is required.
