The Business Architecture team helps to create solutions for business and customer needs. From supporting strategic innovations (like the processes behind U.S. equity trading), to regulatory changes (like pension dashboards) or to functional needs (like removing customer data); the team works with a wide range of stakeholders from across the business to gather requirements and turn them into robust and efficient solutions. The team also takes responsibility for running a number of critical business support functions such as incident management, business continuity planning, regulatory reporting and the operation of corporate governance committees.
The work is varied, fast paced and spans a large swathe of the business. You will learn a great deal about how Moneybox operates in the most granular level of detail and about how we navigate and control business change.
As Moneybox matures as a company the Business Architecture team is seeking to recruit a Junior Business Change Analyst. Your role in the team will be to primarily support operational, compliance and governance initiatives being undertaken by the business and to carefully document the ever changing processes and procedures within Moneybox.
We’re looking for someone who can quickly absorb complex information, has excellent written and oral presentation skills, who is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels of seniority and who takes strong ownership of the work assigned to them.
What you'll do
- Maintain the library of existing processes, controls, and procedure documents which relate to Moneybox's business systems.
- Create new business process and procedure documents, through research, collaboration with stakeholders (such as operations, engineering, compliance & product) and analysis of our systems and processes.
- Support our team's responsibility for business continuity, operational resilience, and incident management; while helping to identify and deliver improvements to these focus areas.
- Work with internal stakeholders such as compliance and engineering to support the creation and maintenance of materials pertaining to our information security policies and practices.
- Support the wider team with mission analysis and projects where required.
- Support the running of important corporate governance committees, such as information security, operations, and pensions.
