Job description
We are seeking a Junior ERP Analyst to join our team to provide support for our JD Edwards ERP system. This is an exciting entry-level role that offers the opportunity to work with a cutting-edge system and gain valuable experience. As a Junior ERP Analyst, you will be responsible for basic support tasks, such as password changes, problem triages, and system maintenance. You will work closely with the IT team to learn the system and be involved in exciting projects.
As our Junior ERP Analyst, you will:
- Provide basic support for the JD Edwards ERP system, including password resets and problem triages
- Assist with system maintenance tasks, such as backups and updates
- Assist with EDI records maintenance and error troubleshooting
- Work with the IT team to learn the JD Edwards ERP system
- Participate in exciting projects, such as system upgrades and new system implementations
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure the system runs smoothly and efficiently
In order to be successful in this role, we would ideally like you to have:
- Qualifications in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good Level of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- A desire to learn and grow in the field of ERP systems
Familiarity with an ERP system and/or experience within the construction industry would be advantageous, but full training and support will be provided.
