Band D: £30,283 - £39,265 (DOE)

The Partnership & Change (P&C) Pillar supports and delivers the UK SBS Portfolio of Change, through the management of change and project, programme and portfolio management. The directorate also provides internal Business Analysis services to the organisation.
The purpose of the P&C Junior Business Analyst is to successfully provide analysis and support of the change portfolio projects, utilising effective business analysis disciplines and techniques to achieve this.
To do this role well you will need: (essential criteria)
- Basic knowledge of a problem solving using a variety of Analysis Techniques
- A demonstrated interest in continuous self-improvement and learning
- Ability to create and maintain fluent and accurate documentation
- Analytical skills required, including the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements with guidance from colleagues

In return for your skills and experience, we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a 37hr (full time) week with start and finish times between 8am – 6pm. Our team usually work from home and come into the office once or twice a week, but we are flexible on this too. If it helps, there is even flexibility on which office you base yourself from - Swindon, Newport, or Billingham.
