The Improve Employee Experience Team is responsible for delivering end user focussed technology projects across multiple programmes.



A role you will love

As our Junior Business Analyst, you will work as part of a product-focused, cross-functional delivery team where you will build open and trusted relationships with your team and stakeholders.

Playing a pivotal role in producing and delivery of high quality communications, presentations and visualisations. You will represent the team amongst the department, engaging with key stakeholders, demonstrating software and acquiring feedback.

As a Junior Business Analyst, you will contribute to the Analyst community, embrace change and share knowledge with a network of stakeholders.

Other key responsibilities:

  • Provide support on the ServiceNow development backlogs, carrying out daily standby updates within the team and driving forward outstanding workload
  • Analyse complex material and data, identifying root causes
  • Capture requirements and produce high quality documentation
  • Support in constructing business cases, clearly identify benefits and opportunities, ensuring all claimed benefits are measurable
  • Work closely with multiple teams to ensure the customer needs are met
  • Contribute to Service Transition, assisting with a reasonable level of 2nd line support when necessary
  • Support Project Management by contributing to estimations and providing clear, timely communication
  • Attend and support in facilitating workshops and meetings with business and technology


What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst who has a passion for the role and preferably, experience of working in an agile way. You will be pragmatic and logical of nature, with a solution-oriented mind set to clearly communicate your innovations and ideas.

As a natural communicator (both written and verbal), you will have a desire to hit the ground running, showcasing self-starter attributes and flexibility to accommodate interaction with your colleagues across the globe.

Some other key skills that you’ll have:

  • Strong analytical skills with an ability to assess opportunities for change, paying close attention to detail
  • Experience liaising with peers to elicit process improvement, use of system design concepts, propose solutions
  • Able to contribute towards processes and practices
  • Curious and continuous learner – investigates, interprets, and grasps new concepts
  • Hold proven risk awareness, with an awareness of PRS and competitor services
  • Experience working with Microsoft 365 & ServiceNow are highly desirable
