Our Junior Associate Programme
Our Junior Associate Programme, starting September 2023, provides successful candidates with an initial training period to develop core consulting skills and an understanding of the wider business, with the ambition to 'graduate' to the Associate Consultant grade after 6 months.
We provide:

Your skills and qualifications

We do not require specific academic qualifications - instead we are searching for candidates who display initiative, intuition and potential. Our assessments cover the following
- Ability to use hypothesis-driven problem solving to develop an approach to solve strategic problems for subscription-based companies.
- Ability to synthesise information from interviews, data, reports and other sources, in order to provide a succinct evaluation of a situation.
- Quantitative skills, such as the ability to build Excel models, research output, draw insights from data and visualise data.
- Helping to navigate and maintain client relationships, whilst delivering excellence.
