- Data entry to purchase and sales ledger
- Daily reconciliations of banks and credit cards
- Dealing with clients over the telephone and emails Posting Journals
- Checking and processing expenses
- Management of the Accounts Receivable process, including entering invoices, assisting with debtor control, and answering queries on invoices
- Management of the Accounts Payable process, including entering bills, weekly
- Bacs run, and liaising with suppliers
- Dealing with international payments both incoming and outcoming Dealing with HMRC
Additional Duties
- Assisting with the VAT
- Assisting with finance-related queries
- Assisting with Audit
Skills and Experience required
- Degree qualifies studying towards a professional qualification (AAT/ ACCA/CIMA) – desirable
- Experience with software as Sage, Xero, Quickbooks – desiderable but not essential
- Proactive and ability to manage own workload
- Excellent planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage time effectively against the deadline
- Good proficiency in Microsoft office – advanced desirable
- Accuracy and attention to details is essential in this role Excellent level of customer service
- Team player who recognises the importance of collaborative working
Remuneration & Benefits: £20,000 – £24,000 per annum / Private Pension, 3% employer contribution

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 17:30pm
Ability to commute/relocate: 10 Lower Thames street, EC3R 6AF: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
