We’re Riviera Maritime Media, an innovative publisher and event organiser with offices in London, New York and Singapore. We're looking for a Junior Artworker to work across a wide range of online and offline products in support of the creative team on a full-time basis. The role will involve multi-tasking and quality assurance to get all jobs produced on schedule, on brand and within budget.

Demonstrate your creative aptitude and turbo-charge your skills under the guidance of our experienced Creative Managers. Working alongside them, you will understand the department’s internal systems, working practices and ethos, you will also be liaising closely with the Marketing and Events teams in artworking, processing and delivery of key promotional materials to support our event portfolio campaigns.

Be part of the team responsible for
- Artworking promotional media collateral (online, email and newsletter banners, social media). This involves updating and distributing material on an ongoing basis, in line with the release of new information and/or when sponsorship and panellists come onboard.
- Digital slideshows to support the webinars, conference programmes and awards ceremonies.
- Webinar video post-production and population of online articles.
- Production of online and offline media as required.
- Supplying images and logos internally/externally at the correct specifications.
- Print publications, including editorial page design and layout, working closely with the Production Editors (to ensure editorial throughput is on schedule), image editing, proofing and supplying/signing off final files at the printers
- Advertisement production for allocated brands; including chasing, pre-flighting, correcting and proofing artwork from clients, agencies and colleagues.
- Ensuring all materials produced adhere to the style guidelines across all brands.
What you'll need…
· Intermediate Adobe Creative Cloud in a Mac environment. (Primarily InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
· The ability to multi-task and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
· To be diligent with good attention to detail
· A related qualification would be desirable
· Strong organisational and communication skills, oral and written
· To be a team player with a positive attitude
· Photography and/or videography would be a plus point.
