Junior Architectural Technician
A bespoke developer in Buckinghamshire have a excellent opportunity for a Junior Architectural Technician to join their team
This is a brilliant opportunity as the plan is for the role to grow into a Technical Coordinator role
Our client has been founded for 30 years and are an award winning privately-owned developer of new homes
They have nearly 30 years’ experience creating bespoke, high-quality character properties in desirable locations within an hour of Buckinghamshire
Their new homes are built on carefully selected prime residential locations. Schemes range from larger estates to exclusive streets of 10 new homes - largest current scheme is 50 plots

The Role - Junior Architectural Technician
You will be joining the company as a Junior Architectural Technician
Initially you will be undertaken CAD work - drawing up houses, liaising with consultants on upcoming schemes, getting quotes from consultants and producing drawings.
Drawing work initially, assist their Technical Manager in producing working drawings using revit
The right person - Junior Architectural Technician
You be a graduate / or will have experience working in a similar role with an architectural practice, a developer or a main contractor
You will have experience using Revit
Architectural Technician / CAD Technician / Housing / Developer
Job Type: Permanent
Salary: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
