The primary roles of the Junior Application Support Developer will be building and testing engines as part of the ADP implementation process, supporting our clients in their use of our platforms, investigating and fixing bugs, and helping to develop new features. With training, development, and the right aptitude the role may grow, either into a more technical one, with exposure to the software development lifecycle, or alternatively with a greater focus on business analysis as you become more knowledgeable of the domain, and therefore will be tasked with reviewing client requirements and drafting functional specifications.
