Due to our continued growth, we are now looking to recruit a Junior Business Analyst.
Position Overview:
The role will support the Collection and Analysis of data from across the business. The focus will be on Sales Data. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of that data and working with the Data Analytics Manager to deliver reporting solutions to the business.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with all departments to understand data needs and optimise data collection methods.
- Identify and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and monitor company performance.
- Actively engage with cross-functional teams to gather insights and understand pain points whilst providing data-driven recommendations for process enhancements and operational efficiency.
- Assist in designing and developing clear and visually effective reports for different stakeholders.
- Aid in documenting project requirements, scope, and specifications in a clear and comprehensive manner.
- Work closely with internal customers to gather detailed and well-defined business requirements. Ensure that requirements are quantifiable and can be measured objectively.
- Effectively communicate progress and outcomes to stakeholders while managing their expectations. Conduct walkthroughs, workshops, and scoping sessions to validate project deliverables.
