Junior Account Manager
Salary:£20K-£26K DOE Contract: Permanent Location: Ideally London/Bristol based - Hybrid role, with 1- 2 days per week in our central London office. Hours: Flexible between 30-37 hours per week

Our strategic focus is to grow through large scale corporate, local authority, education, sport and charity partnerships. Our Junior Account Manager will be accountable for managing our regional government and local authority partnerships delivering them the best possible experience. This role offers full autonomy to drive the partnerships forward with support from the Partnerships Manager and wider teams.
Key Details:
- Be responsible for the management and relationship of partners throughout their journey with Zellar, acting as their first point of contact and reacting to requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Manage objectives and any actions with partners, ensuring communications are had to all parties involved and prioritised for successful completion
- Ensure partners are kept up to date with the latest developments on Zellar’s platform and Marketing tools/materials, through leading our monthly Partner Webinar
- Support self-managed partners with marketing materials and basic reporting
- Work collaboratively with the wider Zellar team to achieve success criteria
- Escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate senior stakeholders
- Provide feedback from partners to help improve the onboarding experience
- Report on partner progress internally, feeding into senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to further the growth and effectiveness of Partnerships
- Support the Partnerships Manager in other workstreams as required
Key Requirements:
- University Degree or at least 1 years of work experience (can include placements/internships)
- Experience working in a cross-functional team
- Ability to communicate to a broad range of people
- Proactive and self-motivated with a desire to get stuck in
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in fast paced environments
- Adaptable and a fast learner
- Well organised and a structured approach getting things done in a timely manner
- Passionate about making a positive impact on the climate crisis
- Previous experience in a start-up environment desirable but not essential
- Proficiency in spreadsheets and/or data analysis tools would be advantageous

Salary: £20,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
