Title: Junior Account Manager - Home Improvements Marketing Agency

Location: London White City (in-office 2-3 days per week)

Salary: £30k + commissions (depending on experience)

About the company:

We are a Home Improvements Marketing Agency that partners with 40 companies, started in 2018. We generate 2-3,000 sales leads & around £2,000,000+ of installation value per month to our clients, and we are looking for a junior account manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new clients - You will be responsible for taking new clients through our onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to our agency's services.
  • Media buying - you will need an understanding of Facebook & Instagram advertising, so that you can optimise accounts, and report / improve performance.
  • Handle client issues: You will be the main point of contact for our clients and will work to resolve any issues they may have.
  • Manage client ad account performance: You will manage and optimize client ad accounts to ensure maximum performance and ROI.
  • Lead our design team on new creatives and ads: You will work with our design team to create new and innovative ads and creatives for our clients.
  • Report directly to management on client performance: You will provide regular reports on client performance to our management team.
  • Responsible for managing client churn: You will work to minimize client churn and ensure high client retention rates.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills: You must be able to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Media buying experience: Some media buying experience is required for this role. It's essential that you have some exerience navigating the Facebook ads manager.
  • Attention to detail: You must have strong attention to detail and be able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills: You must be able to manage your time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Marketing experience: Experience in marketing is required. We welcome university graduates with relevant degrees.
