About us:

We're Unlockd PR - a rapidly growing online PR agency disrupting the traditional PR industry. We represent small, medium, and large brands across all different sectors - ranging from beauty, fashion, food, drink, finance and more. We're a small but mighty team - using stern processes and automations that allow us to deliver powerful results for our clients, quickly and efficently.

What you need to know about the role...

• 4 day work week | 32 hours per week | Fully remote | £22.5k starting salary
• Onboarding new clients - getting clients set up and familiarised with their dashboard and requesting any assets we need to get started with PR activity (such as images, info etc.)
• Sending clients fortnightly updates, covering how things are progressing, addressing any concerns, chasing clients on anything we need from their side
• Having 'catch-up' chats (via Zoom) with clients to maintain contact and discuss upcoming strategy for the next few months
• Collaborate with the wider PR team - you don't need to be a PR whiz, just need to be able to deliver the message!
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their enquries and concerns promptly
• Working on creating case studies and client testimonials

The skills you need to have:

• Full of personality - a true people person
• Customer service experience - understanding client concerns and rectifying any issues
• A good listener
• Career driven and keen to gain more experience in account management
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook etc.)
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
• Previous PR experience is a bonus but not required
